Experienced SEND Tutors

Experienced SEND Tutors - Make Your Expertise Count

Tradewind Recruitment is expanding its team of specialist tutors supporting children and young adults across the North West.

We are particularly interested in hearing from experienced teachers and tutors with a strong SEND background who can deliver high-quality, personalised tuition to learners facing barriers to education.

This isn''t simply about delivering a lesson.

It''s about understanding the learner, identifying their barriers, adapting your approach and creating an environment where they feel safe, supported and able to learn.

You''ll work on a 1:1 basis, developing personalised learning programmes and helping learners make measurable progress academically, socially and in confidence.

We''d particularly like to hear from you if you have experience with:

Autism
ADHD
SEMH
Anxiety and school refusal
Medical needs
Exclusions
EHE
Complex learning needs
Functional Skills / GCSE preparation

QTS is desirable, alongside strong curriculum knowledge and proven experience working with SEND learners.

If you''re an experienced educator looking for a role where your skills can make a genuine difference, we''d love to speak to you.
