The successful SEND LSA will be responsible for:• Providing one-to-one and small-group support to pupils with additional needs• Supporting pupils with their learning, communication and engagement• Assisting the class teacher with differentiated classroom activities• Helping pupils develop their confidence, independence and social skills• Supporting pupils with their emotional regulation and behaviour where required• Following individual support plans and strategies• Creating a calm, positive and safe learning environment• Working closely with teachers, SEND professionals and other support staff• Supporting pupils with personal care where requiredThe successful ..... full job details .....
