Contract: Full time andndash; ASAP start
Salary: andpound;82.20 - andpound;100 per day
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, under the guidance of class teachers and the SENCO
- Helping to implement individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour support strategies
- Creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
- Working collaboratively with teaching staff, parents/carers, and external professionals
- Encouraging independence, confidence and communication skills in learners
Qualifications andamp; Skills:
- Has experience working with children with SEND (particularly ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or speech andamp; language needs)
- Is patient, empathetic and resilient with a strong sense of humour
- Communicates clearly and effectively
- Can work flexibly and adapt to the needs of individual pupil
- Hold classroom support qualifications (desirable)
