This is a rewarding but demanding setting, requiring a teacher who is patient, nurturing, resilient and confident in adapting learning to meet individual needs. The Role Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons. Teach pupils with complex SEN and additional needs . Adapt learning to suit individual abilities and communication needs. Support emotional regulation, behaviour and wellbeing. Work closely with Teaching Assistants and the wider school team. Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils. About You Qualified Teacher Status ( QTS ) or equivalent. Strong experience teaching pupils with SEN and/or complex needs . Confident working within a very high-needs specialist setting .
