Support Every Learner.Aspire People is currently recruiting an experienced Teaching Assistant to join the newly established Inclusion Hub at a welcoming two-form entry Church of England primary school.This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate education professional who is passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs and helping every child reach their full potential.The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the development of the school''s new Inclusion Hub, providing tailored support to pupils who may require additional guidance with their learning, behaviour, emotional regulation and social development.The RoleAs an experienced TA, you will work closely with the school''s teaching staff and inclusion team to provide targeted support for pupils who benefit from a more personalised approach to learning.Key responsibilities will include: Providing tailored one-to-one and small-group support for pupils with additional learning and behavioural needs. Supporting pupils with emotional regulation, social skills and positive behaviour management. Helping to create a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment within the Inclusion Hub.
