The school provides a nurturing and therapeutic environment with very small class sizes, high staffing ratios and a supportive, values-driven staff culture focused on helping pupils rebuild their confidence and engagement with education.The school is looking to take on an Experienced Secondary Teacher on a full-time basis from September 2026.
