Experienced School Administrator (Full Time or Part Time option available)Location: Solihull Working Hours: Full Time or Part time -Both available - Summer Term from June 1st Until July 17th Salary: £14.25 - £18.00 per hour Are you an experienced School Administrator looking to make a meaningful for the summer term, at a wonderful Solihull based Primary School. The school is flexible on full time hours 8.30am-3.30/4pm , or part time 8.30am - 12pm, term time for summer term. This role strating Key Responsibilities Provide general administrative support across the school office. Maintain and manage data using school operating systems such as SIMS and ORACLE.Ensure adherence to safeguarding policies and assist with safeguarding-related documentation.Support the smooth operation of a busy school office, including handling inquiries, scheduling, and record management. Requirements Experience: Previous experience as a School Administrator, with substantial knowledge of safeguarding practices.Technical Skills: Proficiency with SIMS and ORACLE operating systems is preferred. Alternatively, a strong ability to quickly learn new systems with training.Efficiency: Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently.Background Checks: An Enhanced DBS Check is required.
