Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)Transfers of equity, re-mortgages, and refinancingShared ownership and Help to Buy mattersStamp duty procedures, title checks, searches, and enquiriesLandlord/tenant matters, lease renewals, deeds of surrenderBusiness acquisitions and salesCandidate requirements

Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with 3+ PQEExperienced managing cases independentlyStrong communication skills with a client-focused approachHighly organised and proactive in a busy environmentBenefits
