Aspire People is working in partnership with a welcoming 1-2 form entry primary school in Brixton to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated Reception Teacher to join their team from January.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed teacher who is passionate about giving children the best possible start to their educational journey. The school is looking for someone who can create a nurturing, stimulating and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued, confident and excited to learn.

As the Reception Teacher, you will:
* Plan and deliver engaging, creative and developmentally appropriate lessons in line with the EYFS framework.
* Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that supports children''s learning and development.
* Support children''s communication, language, personal, social and emotional development.
* Assess, monitor and record pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs.
* Build positive relationships with parents, carers and colleagues.
* Work collaboratively with the Early Years team to ensure the best outcomes for all pupils.


We are looking for someone who:
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Has experience teaching within Early Years or Reception, although enthusiastic ECTs are welcome to apply.
* Has a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child-centred learning.
* Demonstrates excellent classroom management and communication skills.
* Is creative, nurturing, organised and passionate about early childhood education.
* Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
