The Role You will manage a broad range of private client matters, including: Wills and estate planning Lasting Powers of Attorney Probate and estate administration Trust creation and administration Court of Protection matters Inheritance Tax and succession planning Advising high-net-worth individuals and families The role offers genuine autonomy, the opportunity to mentor junior team members, and involvement in business development activities. About You Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with significant Private Client experience Strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, trusts and estate planning STEP qualification or working towards STEP would be advantageous Excellent client care and relationship management skills Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development Ability to manage a busy caseload independently What''s on Offer Competitive salary based on experience ..... full job details .....
