New Opportunity - Experienced Plate Maker Are you an experienced Plate Maker with a background in Repro, Pre Press or Lithographic printing looking for your next opportunity? We are recruiting on behalf of an established printing business based in Nottingham and are looking for a skilled Plate Maker to join their Pre-Press team. This is a specialist role within a busy production environment, supporting the preparation of high-quality printing plates for lithographic production. Previous Repro/Plate Maker industry experience is essential for this position. You''ll need a good understanding of lithographic printing and Pre Press processes, along with the ability to produce accurate, high-quality work to tight production deadlines. As the new Experienced Plate Maker, you will: Produce and prepare high-quality printing plates for lithographic production Operate plate-making equipment and associated machinery Work accurately to job specifications and production requirements Check plates carefully to ensure they meet quality standards Ensure plates are prepared correctly and on time to support production schedules Work closely with the wider Pre Press and production teams Handle materials and finished plates safely and correctly Maintain a clean, organised and efficient working area Follow company health and safety and quality procedures Support the wider Pre Press operation to ensure production runs smoothly Main Requirements for This Role Previous industry experience as a ..... full job details .....
