Experienced Part II Architectural Assistant

Job Overview
Architectural Assistant role supporting residential and heritage projects across London and the UK. You will contribute to RIBA Stage 4 and 5 delivery, producing technical packages and coordinating design information. This position suits a Part II with post-qualification experience seeking involvement in detailed design, construction information and work on refurbishment and listed buildings.

Role & Responsibilities

• Assist with RIBA Stage 4 and 5 packages
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors
• Produce accurate technical and presentation drawings
• Support detailing to UK building regulations
• Assist on refurbishment and listed buildings

Skills & Experience Required

• RIBA Part II qualification
• Post-qualification professional experience
• RIBA Stage 4 and 5 delivery experience
• Knowledge of UK building regulations
• Strong drawing and organisational skills
