My client is looking for an Experienced Part 1 Architectural Assistant to join their team in Bedford. You''ll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced architects on a broad range of projects, developing your technical and design skills while gaining exposure across multiple RIBA stages.Key Responsibilities for this Experienced Part 1 Architectural Assistant role:Assist in the design and delivery of projects from concept through to completion.Produce high-quality drawings, visualisations and presentation material to support planning and design proposals.Prepare planning application packages and technical drawing information.Work closely with architects, consultants and clients to ensure projects progress efficiently.Support project teams throughout a range of RIBA work stages.Attend client meetings, site visits and design team meetings where required.Ensure work complies with UK Building Regulations, planning policies and industry best practice.Contribute creative ideas and technical solutions throughout the design process.Requirements for this Experienced Part 1 Architectural Assistant role:RIBA Part 1 qualified with relevant UK practice experience.Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.SketchUp experience is desirable.Desirable experience working on Residential projects.Good understanding of UK planning policy and ..... full job details .....
