This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong individual looking to further develop their career within a collaborative environment that values continuous learning, professional development, and employee wellbeing.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical and paraplanning support to Financial Advisers.Research and prepare suitability reports and recommendations.Produce illustrations, process applications, and manage existing business.Prepare documentation and reports for client meetings.Maintain accurate client records and databases.Support compliance and regulatory processes.Liaise with clients, providers, and colleagues to ensure excellent service delivery.Assist with management reporting and administrative projects as required.The Ideal Candidate:Previous paraplanning experience within financial services.Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, and financial planning.Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.Working towards, or holding, relevant financial planning qualifications would be advantageous.Benefits:Salary £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience.Hybrid working options.25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.Study support and funding for ..... full job details .....
