Working alongside experienced lawyers, you will support a broad range of residential conveyancing matters while also developing and managing your own caseload under supervision.The role will involve assisting on sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, licences to assign and deeds of covenant. You will attend client meetings, draft legal documentation, undertake legal research and help progress transactions from instruction through to completion. In addition, you will support the team with Land Registry applications, SDLT submissions, lender portal requirements, billing processes and general file management.This position would suit an existing Residential Property Paralegal looking to develop their technical skills and take on greater responsibility, or an experienced Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary seeking the opportunity to manage their own files and progress ..... full job details .....
