What You''ll Be Doing: Attending client meetings and managing day-to-day communicationsSetting up new files and supporting fee earnersDrafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and correspondenceWorking on sales, purchases, leases, development, and infrastructure dealsActing for landlords and tenants on varied transactionsConducting legal research and preparing Land Registry applicationsGetting involved in real estate projects and continuous training What will the successful candidate be able to offer?
