Oversee and support the daily running of a designated roomLead and mentor your team to deliver exceptional care and learningEnsure the safeguarding and well-being of all childrenPlan, implement, and evaluate a rich and stimulating curriculum in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)Maintain accurate records, observations, and assessments for children''s learning journeys (including Tapestry)Collaborate with families, carers, and external professionalsSupport and contribute to Ofsted inspections and quality improvement plansWhat We''re Looking For

Level 3 or above in Early Years Education or Childcare (essential)Previous experience in a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner roleStrong knowledge of the EYFS, Ofsted standards, and safeguarding practicesExcellent communication, leadership, and team management skillsA warm, enthusiastic, and professional attitudeConfident using digital tools like Tapestry and tracking children''s developmentA commitment to inclusive, child-centred practiceWhat We Offer
