The appointee will manage two training Hubs which deliver skills development sessions for adults with intellectual (learning) disability. We invite applications from qualified an experienced trainers/teachers who have worked with young adults (16 - 24) and/or adults (25+), and who have at least 2 years'' experience of managing Staff teams. This post involves the management of a dual Staff team of up to 16 incorporating employees, volunteers and students on practice-based placement (graduate and undergraduate). We are not shortlisting applicants with backgrounds in care services e.g. domiciliary, PAs, independent living, residential, nursing or wider healthcare because we do not deliver any personal care services.
