Uphold SHPs Values, Behaviours and Leadershipexpectations at all times (see overleaf)? Responsible for the operational managementand delivery of MandE works programmes andprojects.? Contract manage and monitor serviceproviders delivering the MandE repairs,maintenance, and servicing contracts andensure SHP is statutory compliant in allaspects.? Audit contractor performance and ensurecertification and test reporting is accurate andcorrectly recorded in databases and registers.? Undertake pre and post inspections of worksand servicing to monitor quality and ensurethe service provider is meeting the contractspecification or brief.? Design and prepare specifications, tenderdocuments and procure contracts with thesupport of the Client Manager and QuantitySurveyor.? Commission and manage consultants todeliver projects as instructed by theEngineering and Compliance Manager.? Forecast annual budgets and manage monthlycash flow and expenditure to meet approvedsums.?
