This is a full-time, ongoing role working in a small crew of 3 4 operatives delivering high-standard soft landscaping and garden care across residential and commercial sites. Key Responsibilities Overseeing day-to-day site operations and directing team members on soft landscaping tasks. Carrying out routine garden maintenance: pruning, planting, systematic watering, weeding, and lawn care/mowing. Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards. Interacting professionally with clients and maintaining site cleanliness. Candidate Requirements Driving Licence: Must hold a full UK driving licence and be confident driving company vehicles (Candidates over 25 preferred for fleet insurance criteria).
