Experienced Kitchen Porter Temp to Perm Opportunity Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am 3:00pm Pay: Competitive hourly rate + enhanced weekend rates Position: Temporary to Permanent We are currently recruiting for an experienced Kitchen Porter to join a busy catering operation based at a well-established and highly respected distribution site. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous kitchen porter experience who is looking for a long-term position with the opportunity to become a permanent member of the client s team. The Role As a Kitchen Porter, you will play an important role in supporting the kitchen team and ensuring the catering operation runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: Washing up and maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the kitchen Keeping kitchen areas, equipment and utensils clean and organised Following all relevant food hygiene, health and safety and COSHH procedures Working efficiently as part of a busy team Working Hours The standard working hours are: Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:00pm There may also be opportunities to work weekends, which are paid at enhanced rates. About You We are looking for someone who: Has previous experience working as a Kitchen Porter in a busy kitchen environment Is reliable, hardworking and punctual Can work well under pressure Has a good understanding of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness Is comfortable working as part of a team Has a positive attitude and strong work ..... full job details .....
