Support students across KS3 and KS4, both in class and through small group sessions.Help students develop core subject skills and prepare for exams.Assist teachers in preparing materials and delivering engaging lessons.Provide one-on-one support for students who need extra help.Work with students with special educational needs (SEND).Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.Get involved in extracurricular activities and school events.What We’re Looking ForA Bachelor’s degree (any subject).A genuine interest in teaching and working with young people.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with students.A proactive and adaptable approach to supporting learning.Previous experience in an educational setting is a plus but not essential!The SchoolThis large academy is based in Brixton and is part of a national academy trust which provides access to training, resources, and career development.
