Job responsibilitiesThe main responsibilities of the post: The Practice Nurse works within their scope of practice to provide and deliver a high standard of nursing care. The Nurse will safely meet patients’ needs, including undertaking routine procedures such as measuring and interpreting blood glucose levels, recording and interpreting vital signs, wound care, adult and childhood immunisations, smear tests, and various long-term condition (LTC) checks and reviews. The Practice Nurse will be expected to carry out planned care for patients. The successful applicant must be flexible, a good team worker, used to working under pressure, with excellent interpersonal and IT skills, and able to communicate effectively with patients and the team.About Us
