We are currently recruiting for an Experienced EHCP Co-ordinator to join a busy and dedicated SEN team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in coordinating Education, Health and Care (EHC) assessments and reviews, ensuring children, young people and families receive high-quality, person-centred support.The RoleAs an Experienced EHCP Co-ordinator, you will act as the main point of contact for parents/carers and young people throughout the EHC assessment process. You will work collaboratively with schools, health professionals, social care teams and voluntary organisations to ensure timely and effective delivery of Education, Health and Care Plans.
