The firm is particularly interested in hearing from Solicitors with at least 3 years'' PQE in residential and commercial conveyancing, alongside Probate and Wills. Key Responsibilities Managing residential and commercial conveyancing files from instruction to completion. Handling sales, purchases and re-mortgages Drafting wills Administering estates and probate matters Ensuring compliance with Law Society of Northern Ireland regulations Liaising with clients, lenders, estate agents and other solicitors Requirements Proven 3+ years PQE in Conveyancing Strong practical experience in Conveyancing, Wills and Probate Ability to manage your caseload independently Strong client care and communication skills.
