Experienced Conveyancing Assistant

Due to continued growth, my client is looking for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join their highly regarded team in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire offices.The Role• Assisting with residential sale, purchase, remortgage and transfer of equity transactions from instruction through to completion. • Managing aspects of the conveyancing process with minimal supervision. • Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other third parties. • Preparing legal documentation and correspondence. • Handling post-completion matters, including registrations and Stamp Duty submissions. • Maintaining accurate case files and ensuring matters progress efficiently. • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal procedures. Skills and Experience• A minimum of 3-4 years'' experience in residential conveyancing. • A sound understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction to post-completion. • The ability to work independently and manage a varied workload. • Excellent organisational, communication and client care skills. • Experience of AML, GDPR, cyber security and fraud prevention requirements within a legal environment. • A proactive, professional and positive approach to work.
