Experienced Chef Required Location: High Lodge Café, IP27 0AF, Suffolk Length: 3 months Hours: 8am - 4pm, 5 days a week, including weekends and bank holidays Pay: £16 per hour PAYE or £20.50 Umbrella Experienced Chef Required - Busy Tourist Destination Café Are you a skilled and reliable chef looking for a seasonal opportunity in a fast-paced café environment? We are seeking an experienced Chef to help run a popular café during our peak tourist season. About the Role You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen, preparing and serving quality café-style comfort food while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Key Responsibilities Preparing and cooking fresh café-style comfort food Managing ticket orders efficiently during busy service periods Assisting with stock control and food preparation Maintaining a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen Opening and closing the kitchen each day Ensuring all food safety procedures are followed Working effectively as part of a busy team Requirements Proven experience as a Chef in a busy café, restaurant, or hospitality setting Ability to work well under pressure during peak trading times Strong organisational and time-management skills Food Safety Certificate (essential) Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently Available to work weekends and bank holidays If you are an experienced chef who enjoys working in a lively customer-focused environment and can hit the ground ..... full job details .....
