      <description>Location: Colchester | Salary: &amp;pound;100 - &amp;pound;110/day | Type: Permanent | Outreach, Engagement &amp; Intervention Worker    Contract:  Fixed Term until 31st August 2028  Driving Licence Required   Are you passionate about making a real difference to the lives of vulnerable young people?  We are seeking an  Outreach, Engagement &amp; Intervention Worker  to support secondary-aged students who are at risk of exclusion, disengagement from education, or facing social and emotional challenges. Working across schools in North East and Mid Essex, you will deliver targeted interventions, build positive relationships with pupils and families, and work alongside schools and external agencies to improve educational outcomes.   The Role    Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions to support students'' social, emotional and behavioural development.  Work closely with schools, parents and external agencies to improve engagement and reduce exclusions.  Develop tailored support strategies for young people with additional needs.  Maintain accurate records and contribute to multi-agency meetings.  Promote trauma-informed approaches and positive outcomes for every student.
