You will have good hands-on experience of high precision mechanical assembly and testing skills. Responsibilities: - Assemble precision components and assemblies to tight tolerances and high-quality standards - Get hands-on with assembly, testing, fault-finding and troubleshooting - Investigate any issues or malfunctions and make modifications where needed - Carry out tests, record the results and make sure everything meets the required specification - Make sure test equipment and tools are calibrated, working correctly and fit for purpose - Work closely with colleagues and other teams across the business - Get involved in Lean activities and share ideas on improvements - Look for ways to reduce waste, improve efficiency and make assembly processes better - Follow established processes and procedures, including those covered by ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 - Help maintain high standards of quality, safety and compliance - Take on other ...
