Experienced Architectural Technologist

A small, friendly architecture practice with studios in Harrogate and York is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their growing team. The practice has a strong reputation for being very end user focussed, delivering thoughtful and well-crafted designs across a varied project portfolio, typically 60% residential and 40% commercial. The Role:This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Technologist to work on projects from concept through to completion, playing a key role in both the design development and technical delivery stages. You''ll be involved across all RIBA stages, working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to bring projects to life. Key Responsibilities: Work on a wide range of residential and commercial schemes from early concept through to technical delivery and site stagesPrepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction packagesLiaise directly with clients, consultants, and local authoritiesEnsure compliance with building regulations and planning requirementsSupport the wider team in design development and coordinationContribute to a collaborative studio environment, sharing knowledge and ideas About You: Architectural Technology degree with 3-4 years'' post-degree experienceStrong technical knowledge and a good understanding of UK Building RegulationsConfident working independently and as part of a team across multiple project stagesExperience within small to medium practices is beneficialArchiCAD ..... full job details .....
