Experience Development Delivery Partner

We''re looking for an audience led, collaborative Experience Development Delivery Partner to work with teams across the Midlands and East of England to design and deliver relevant and inclusive experiences that reach and inspire more people across our places and beyond. This role plays a vital part in shaping, delivering and scaling engaging experiences that grow audiences, remove barriers to access and create lasting public benefit. You will join a Growth Specialist Delivery Team however you''ll work with regional and national colleagues to deliver all our strategy goals. This role can be based in any of our regional hubs/properties. What it''s like to work here You''ll be part of the Trust''s internal Specialist Delivery Team: a flexible resource of specialist skills and expertise. As one of a multidisciplinary team of experts, including curators, fundraisers and Community, Volunteering and Participation Delivery Partners, you''ll be working with others to help make things happen. As this role covers the Midlands and East of England region, your contractual place of work will be the nearest National Trust consultancy office / property to your home. Our hybrid working policy means you can balance office and home working with site visits and meetings at other National Trust places. We''ll talk about this in more detail at interview, but you should expect to be at a National Trust site for 40-60% of your working week.
