Experience Designer - Inside IR35 - FS Day Rate - up to £575Duration - 6 monthsHarvey Nash''s FS Client are looking to bring in a Customer Experience Designer, you will play an important role in an area that meets the needs of significant customers related to a range of products and services and/or manage a customer advisor team over a given area.Responsibilities Uncover emerging issues and/or needs and identifies potential causes, related issues, key stakeholders and barriers.Analys and evaluates the feasibility/relevance of proposals for complex products/services, then develops and amends as necessary with guidance from senior colleagues and/or supervises activities performed by a product development/specialist team.Develop and/or delivers a plan for significant aspects of a research programme with guidance from senior colleagues.Identify shortcomings, then suggests and implements improvements to existing business practices, while developing and delivering projects or a workstream within the organisation''s change management programme with guidance from senior colleagues.Take responsibility for implementing a team''s formal development framework with guidance from senior colleagues, while informally coaching others throughout the organisation in area of expertise and pursuing and investing in opportunities for own personal development. ..... full job details .....
