Working closely with procurement, suppliers, and project teams, the Expeditor monitors supplier performance, mitigates delays, and ensures supply chain activities align with clients project milestones and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSupplier ExpeditingProactively monitor supplier progress against purchase orders and delivery schedulesFollow up with vendors to ensure on-time delivery of materials and documentationIdentify potential delays and escalate issues to relevant stakeholdersSupply Chain CoordinationLiaise with Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, and Project teamsMaintain clear communication between suppliers and internal stakeholdersSupport the coordination of shipments and delivery timelinesSchedule and Performance ManagementTrack key milestones (manufacturing, inspections, dispatch, delivery)Produce regular expediting reports and status updatesEnsure suppliers meet contractual delivery commitments and KPIsIssue ResolutionInvestigate and resolve supply chain bottlenecks or delaysWork with suppliers to develop recovery plans where neededEscalate critical risks affecting project deliveryDocumentation and ComplianceEnsure all required documentation (certificates, QA records, shipping docs) is submitted on timeMaintain accurate records in procurement and project ..... full job details .....
