Exhibition Project Manager

to join a fast-moving, creative team and play a central role in delivering memorable builds at major venues and exhibitions.The RoleYou’ll take ownership of projects from initial brief through to on-site delivery and breakdown. Working closely with clients, internal teams, and suppliers, you’ll ensure each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.?

You must have experience managing exhibition stand projects (modular or custom).

This is essential for consideration.Key ResponsibilitiesManage exhibition stand builds and event projects from concept to completionCoordinate logistics, budgeting, quoting, and timelinesOversee on-site delivery, installation, and breakdownLead client communication and manage expectationsCollaborate with design, production, and fabrication teamsMaintain project tracking via systems like Monday.com and HubSpotEnsure compliance with all health and safety standardsSupport and mentor junior project team membersWhat You’ll NeedMinimum 3 years’ experience

managing projects within the exhibition industryExperience handling budgets between £15K – £250KConfident reading floorplans and build specsExcellent organisational and communication skillsCalm under pressure and great at juggling multiple prioritiesFull UK driving licence and access to a vehicleStrong knowledge of health and safety and onsite deliveryWhat’s on OfferSalary up to
