Senior Consultant | Broking and Underwriting across Specialty Classes at Eames ConsultingEames are currently partnered with a leading Lloyd''s Syndicate who are looking to hire an Executive Underwriter in Excess Casualty to join their London team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a division with ambitious growth plans and a large Global book, so a strategic mindset and entrepreneurial approach are key.This role’s primary responsibility is to underwrite, analyse and evaluate global Excess Casualty submissions using underwriting experience, and make underwriting decisions in line with underwriting guidelines and authority. The book is made up of mainly US domiciled Fortune 1,000 type clients operating in a wide range of industrial sectors such as Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Rail, Logistics, Healthcare, Energy, Mining, Automotive and General Manufacturing.This would suit an experienced underwriter who is comfortable delivering an above-market service, has great broker relationships, and is keen to contribute beyond BAU underwriting.If you\''re interested in learning more, get in touch for a confidential conversation.Eames Consulting is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.Responsibilities
