To be successful as an Executive Recruiter Investment Banking, the ideal candidate must have: Executive recruitment experience within a major global or bulge-bracket bank. Investment Banking recruitment expertise. Experience working with executive search firms and retained search models. Exposure to international and EMEA hiring activity. Experience partnering closely with HR Business Partners and senior leadership teams.
