We’re thinkers.And if that sounds like you, let’s talk.The OpportunityWe’re looking for an Executive Producer to join our London office to lead and oversee a wide range of content-first projects, that cut across digital, social, experiential, and classic media.As Executive Producer, you’ll be the strategic partner for our clients in the UK / EMEA, a leader within our team, and the driving force behind delivering award-worthy, story-driven content that’s on time, on budget, and on brief. You’ll collaborate across strategy, creative, and production teams to bring powerful narratives and visually engaging content to life.What You\''ll Be DoingLead end-to-end production of branded content projects – especially live action, stills, motion design, post, social, and digital campaignsProvide strategic and production leadership on select experiential activations when neededBuild and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and creative partnerOversee budgets, schedules, scopes, and resources across multiple content projects at onceCollaborate closely with our creatives, strategists, directors and technologists to shape narrative and visual storytelling through to deliveryGuide and support producers and production teams to ensure creative excellence and seamless executionContribute to business development efforts including pitches, project planning, and team resourcingHelp refine and evolve production processes to support content efficiency and team workflowAct as a senior leader within the London office, contributing to mentorship, collaboration, and cultureWhat You’ll Bring6+ years of experience in a production leadership role within a creative agency, content studio, or production companyProven expertise across live action, motion design, post and social/digital content productionExperience with experiential activations (pop-ups, installations, events) is a plusDeep understanding of content workflows, storytelling, creative development, and production pipelinesAbility to manage complex budgets, timelines, and cross-disciplinary teamsClear, confident communicator with excellent client-facing and presentation skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressurePassion for great storytelling and the craft of content production delivery Strong understanding of UK production guidelines and vendor relationshipsNice To HaveA strong list of potential leads into brand / client relationshipsExperience in emerging tech (AR/VR/XR), digital installations, or innovation projectsGlobal or multi-market production experienceEqual OpportunityAt Thinkingbox, we’re committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued, heard, and empowered to thrive.
