Executive Producer

Jamie Wilson Productions (JWP) are seeking an exceptional and highly experienced theatre professional to join their Senior Leadership Team. The Executive Producer (EP) takes ownership of the successful delivery and commercial viability of their productions, with a primary focus on London/West End, supporting the oversight of touring and international productions as required. The EP operates as senior strategic and delivery lead and will work collaboratively across departments to ensure productions are realised to the highest artistic and commercial standards. Reporting to the CEO as part of the JWP Senior Leadership team, the Executive Producer holds senior decision-making responsibility on assigned productions, operating in close collaboration with Jamie Wilson (Producer) and the Senior Leadership Team, made up of Director of Production and Director of Touring, Finance Director, Marketing Director and Head of Development. This is a pivotal role requiring a sophisticated balance of creative leadership, commercial acumen, financial oversight and stakeholder management.
