This role in Greater Manchester area ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, supporting key decision-makers to focus on their priorities.Client DetailsA Not For Profit organisation based in Greater Manchester.DescriptionManage and organise diaries, appointments, and meetings for 4 senior executives.Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy.Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking transport and accommodation.Act as the first point of contact, handling enquiries and communications professionally.Support in organising events, ensuring all logistical details are managed effectively.Maintain confidential records and files, ensuring they are up-to-date and secure.Assist with administrative tasks, including expense management and invoice processing.Provide ad-hochoc support to the wider team as required.ProfileA successful Executive Personal Assistant should have:Proven experience in a similar role, ideally supporting senior executives.Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.A proactive approach to ..... full job details .....
