Are you an experienced PA who would relish supporting-a busy CEO in a friendly and professional team?- -You will be-exceptionally organised, proactive, and discreet and thrive-in a fast-paced executive environment.-

As a trusted right hand to the CEO, you will play a critical role in ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently. This is a dynamic position requiring strong judgement, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.

Benefits for the PA include:-

  • Hours of work 8.45am-5pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 8.45am-4.30pm
  • 25 days-holiday plus Bank Holidays

Executive PA duties:-

  • Managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Acting as a gatekeeper, handling communications with professionalism and discretion
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and briefing documents
  • Organising high-level meetings, events, and appointments, taking minutes and producing resulting documentation
  • Streamlining administrative processes to improve efficiency

To be successful as the PA you will need:-

  • Proven experience as an Executive PA or in a similar high-level support role
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
