This is a highly visible and externally facing role, requiring excellent organisation, discretion and the ability to manage changing priorities at short notice. You will manage a complex diary, coordinate meetings, briefings, events and engagements, and act as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders including MPs, elected representatives, government departments, businesses, community representatives, Police and Fire. You will also manage sensitive and high-profile matters, coordinate correspondence and actions, respond to urgent issues and ensure priorities are progressed effectively.
