In these roles, you will assist with or lead the management and development of share schemes, design and implement share incentive plans, and provide expert advice to stakeholders. Your strategic planning and execution will enhance employee engagement and retention. Ideally, you will have working knowledge of SEIS/EIS, Employee Ownership Trusts, executing management buyouts, share valuations, and MandA experience would be advantageous.
