This dynamic and forward-thinking organisation values innovation and excellence and is looking to expand its already successful executive management incentives team.Your new roleWe have opportunities for all grades from Associate Director down to Assistant Manager, based anywhere in the UK. In these roles, you will assist with or lead the management and development of share schemes, design and implement share incentive plans, and provide expert advice to stakeholders. Your strategic planning and execution will enhance employee engagement and retention. Ideally, you will have working knowledge of SEIS/EIS, Employee Ownership Trusts, executing management buyouts, share valuations, and MandA experience would be advantageous.
