Executive Liaison Support Supervisor Location: Basildon, EssexRate: £23.04 per hour PAYE / £29.50 per hour UmbrellaHours: Full-Time, 36.25 hours per weekWorking Pattern: Minimum 3 days per week onsiteClosing Date: Monday 17th August 2026This is an excellent opportunity working within the Legal and Democracy Support Team, you will supervise a team responsible for delivering high-quality administrative and clerical support to Executive Liaison Officers. You will act as a key point of expertise, helping to coordinate resources, manage workloads and ensure consistently high standards of service.Key Responsibilities Allocate resources effectively in line with changing priorities and operational demands.Manage diary requirements, busy periods and ad-hoc requests to ensure appropriate team coverage.Work closely with other Supervisors and the Elections Specialist to coordinate support throughout the year.Manage and resolve escalated concerns and high-level complaints.Support the handling of FOIs, EIRs and SARs, ensuring matters are dealt with professionally and within appropriate timescales.
