Up to £85,000 ( Negotiable ) + Excellent Bonus SchemeThe RoleWe are delighted to present an exciting opportunity for an Executive Headteacher to join a forward-thinking education provider and take on a pivotal leadership role across two specialist SEMH schools.Based in Colchester, you will oversee the opening of a brand-new, purpose-built SEMH school for up to 40 children aged 6–18, set to open during the beginning of 2026. This is a rare chance to shape a school from its very beginnings – recruiting your team, embedding strong values and creating an inclusive environment where every child can thrive.Alongside this, you will provide strategic oversight and line management to an established Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ SEMH school in Suffolk.
