This interim opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful contribution during a period of leadership absence.The position is available as soon as possible and is expected to be ongoing. There is currently no specific end date, with the duration dependent on the school''s requirements.The opportunityWe are looking for a confident, approachable leader who can quickly build relationships, understand existing priorities and provide stability. You will balance strategic leadership with practical support, keeping pupils'' education, safety and wellbeing at the centre of decisions.The remit will be discussed with suitable applicants and is expected to include:Providing strategic direction and continuity of leadership.Supporting senior leaders and staff to maintain high expectations for teaching, learning and behaviour.Keeping safeguarding, inclusion and pupil wellbeing central to school practice.Maintaining progress against school improvement priorities.Working closely with the relevant governance team to review priorities and communicate progress.Building ..... full job details .....
