The successful candidate will be a strong leader with proven experience managing diverse kitchen operations and large teams of chefs.Key ResponsibilitiesOverall management of all kitchen operations across hospitality, events, and caf /retail outletsLeading, motivating, and developing a team of chefs across multiple service stylesMenu planning and delivery, ensuring high standards of food quality and consistencyFull responsibility for food safety, health and safety, and complianceManaging food costs, GP, stock control, ordering, and supplier relationshipsWorking closely with senior management to deliver successful events and day-to-day serviceCandidate RequirementsProven experience as an Executive Head Chef or senior Head Chef within multi-outlet or contract catering environmentsStrong background in hospitality and events cateringConfident managing and developing large kitchen teamsCommercially focused with strong organisational and financial skillsAble to work in a fast-paced, high-volume ..... full job details .....
