We''re looking for an exceptional Executive Director of Operations to lead transformational change across our Operations Directorate. This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences alongside the highest levels of compliance, while unlocking efficiencies and new ways of working through our digital investment. You''ll oversee around 350 colleagues, across Communities and Placemaking, Property and Asset Management, and a large Direct Labour Organisation (DLO), driving productivity and integration to create a seamless service for customers.
