About the role We are looking for an Executive Director of Finance and Organisational Excellence to join our Executive Team, reporting to the CEO. This is a broad and influential role, bringing together responsibility for finance, IT, systems and digital, alongside the organisation''s approach to transformation. You will play a central part in ensuring these areas work together to support effective decision-making, strong performance and long-term sustainability. While financial leadership is fundamental, the role goes beyond this.
