Location: Across Redhill Aerodrome and Rochester City Airport. Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Contract Type: Permanent. Flexible working arrangements will be considered.

Responsibilities

Lead the strategic and operational delivery of core corporate services to support all KSS activities and future growth.

Oversee functions including finance, treasury, procurement, governance, compliance, risk, HR, health and safety, facilities, and IT.

Act as a key strategic partner to the Chief Executive; demonstrate strong commercial acumen; lead a multi-disciplinary team; manage stakeholders effectively.

Work with expert advisors and a highly experienced team to drive performance and governance.

Qualifications and experience

Senior leadership experience in finance, operations, and corporate services, preferably in charity or healthcare sectors.

Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to influence at executive levels.

Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
