Specifically playing a critical rolein providing outstanding leadership support to the Chief Executive and the Executive Director, enabling them to be as effective as they can be in bringing a hope and afuture to struggling children and their families across our country and beyond. The successful candidate will have a natural leadership gift, will be comfortable withchallenging the status quo, and be able to lead up and across the organisation.
